ServicesGarage Cleanouts
Garage Cleanouts in Johns Creek
We clear your garage the careful way. We sort with you, point out what is still worth fixing or passing on, load the rest and sweep the slab when the bay is empty. You see the price before anything goes on the truck.

A garage you can use again
Most garages fill slowly. A broken mower here, a box from the last move there, until the car sits in the driveway. A garage cleanout is the point where you decide what stays, what goes and what deserves a second life.
We work through that decision with you rather than emptying everything into the truck. A bike that needs a new tube, a solid workbench, a shelving unit missing two bolts: we will tell you when an item is worth keeping and repairing, and when replacing it makes more sense. What you no longer want, we carry out, load and take away.
Careful handling matters in a garage. A crew carrying a chest freezer or a steel shelf works inches from your car, your door tracks and the wall into your home, so we clear a path first and slow down wherever the space is tight.

What a garage cleanout covers
- 01
Sorting alongside you
We set up keep, donate and haul zones on the driveway so nothing leaves without your say. Boxes that need a closer look stay in the keep pile until you decide.
- 02
Honest repair-or-replace notes
If a tool, bike or storage rack only needs a small fix, we say so. If something is rusted through or unsafe, we explain why it is better gone.
- 03
Heavy and awkward items
Old freezers, broken treadmills, worn tires, lumber offcuts and bulky shelving all come out with us. For a garage full of appliances, our appliance removal page covers how we handle them.
- 04
Donation and recycling runs
Usable items go to donation where they are accepted, and metal goes to recycling rather than the landfill.
- 05
Care for the space
We work around your car, your opener and your door tracks, and keep walls and trim protected while we carry.
- 06
Sweep-out at the end
Once the bay is clear, we sweep the slab so you can see the floor and plan what comes next.
Questions about Garage Cleanouts?
Call(404) 671-3244Signs your garage is ready for a cleanout
The car lives outside
If the garage was built for vehicles and holds none, the space is working against you.
Paths instead of floor
Narrow lanes between piles make it easy to trip or knock something over, especially carrying groceries in.
Boxes nobody has opened
Cartons from a move years ago usually hold fewer keepsakes than you think, and sorting them goes faster with help.
Damp, musty or pests
Humid Georgia summers are hard on cardboard. Soft boxes, a musty smell or droppings mean it is time to clear and check the space.
A move or sale is coming
An empty, swept garage photographs better and keeps closing day calm.
How the day runs
- 1
A call and a quote
You describe the garage by phone, and we can set up a free, no-obligation on-site estimate if you would like us to see it first. Same-day and next-day service is available when the schedule allows.
- 2
Walk-through and price
The crew looks over the space with you, confirms what goes and gives you the price before lifting anything. Upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
- 3
Sort, carry and load
We sort into zones, carry out what is leaving and load it carefully. You stay as involved as you like.
- 4
Sweep and final look
We sweep the floor, then walk the empty garage with you so you can confirm nothing was missed.
What shapes the price
Garage cleanouts are priced mostly by how much truck space your items take, then by the effort needed to get them out. We give you the number on site before work starts, so you can remove a few items from the list if you want to adjust it.
- Volume
- A few bulky pieces cost less than a two-car garage packed to the rafters. How much of the truck the load fills is the main driver.
- Weight and type
- Concrete, tile and other dense materials weigh more than furniture. Leftover renovation material is better covered on our construction debris page.
- Access and sorting time
- Items in overhead racks or attic hatches take longer to bring down, and detailed sorting adds time.
- Items needing special handling
- Appliances with refrigerant and tires can carry extra handling. Some paints and chemicals need a separate drop-off, and we will tell you which ones up front.
Garage cleanout questions
Do I need to sort everything before you arrive?
No. Many people prefer that we sort together, since it moves faster with a crew carrying. If you have time, pulling out anything you know you are keeping helps.
Will you take old paint and chemicals?
Some yes, some no. Dried latex paint is usually fine, while certain liquids and chemicals have to go to a dedicated drop-off. We go over it on the call so there are no surprises on the day.
Will you really tell me to keep something?
Yes. If a lawn mower needs only a blade or spark plug, or a cabinet needs a hinge, we say so. Hauling things you would end up buying again does you no favors.
Can you take the old fridge and freezer too?
Yes, garage fridges and chest freezers are common on these jobs. We disconnect them, carry them out and see that they are handled properly.
How do I know your crew is reliable?
We have been in business since 2021, we are licensed and insured, and we have over 1,200 Google reviews from customers who can tell you how their own cleanouts went.
